Rules and Regulations 1. Speeding in the Park MUST come to a complete end. The speed limit is 5 mph (no exceptions) at ALL times. There are a lot of children playing and people with pets out and about walking on the park roadways. 2. ALL children must be supervised at all times. They are NOT allowed in other sites or riding bicycles in landscaping or vacant sites. Adult supervision at all times please!! Never allow your child (under 16 years of age) to be in the pool without your supervision. THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY AT ANY TIME. 3. Pool rules are in affect at all times. Keep gates to pool securely closed. No glass containers, No smoking, No diving or running and NO horseplay. Anyone acting in an unsafe manner will be asked to leave the pool area immediately. Please, read the rules that you signed when you entered the park. Should you need a copy of our rules & regulations come by the office & we’ll be happy to provide you with one. 4. No storage
of vehicles in the “overflow” or in your site. No
parking in front of laundry room roadway or any roadway within
the park. This is an emergency vehicle hazard. No vehicle may
be left in another site, other than your own. IF you park in a
vacant site & we cannot locate you to have the vehicle moved
in short time, your vehicle will be towed, without notice at your
expense. The rule is ONE (1) vehicle per site. If you can fit
2 vehicles in your site without parking in any landscaping, gravel
or extending into the roadway, that would be fine. Having 3 vehicles
& using the “overflow” for parking is not permitted
and is a violation of our policy. Please respect your neighbors
by not idling your vehicle or rapping of pipes on motorcycles.
It is at the discretion of the management to allow motorcycles
within the park. No boats or utility trailers allowed within the
park at any time. Please, no tow dollies within park. 7. PETS… all dogs must be on leash no longer than 8 feet, never left unattended and must “picked-up” after immediately. Aggressive and barking dogs are NOT allowed. Cats also fall under the leash law. No pets are allowed within any buildings (laundry rooms, office, rec rooms, and restrooms) and are not allowed in the pool or pool area at any time. 8. Fireworks and firearms are prohibited by law and we have ZERO tolerance for such. Remember that propane is on the property and it is highly flammable. Children and fireworks/firearms don’t mix. NO OPEN FLAMES PERMITTED. The large bar-b-q by the clubhouse is for all residents. Please, contact the office should you care to see about use. Please remember to clean the bar-b-q after use so that others may enjoy. Rules are subject to change at any time at the discretion of the management. Management has the right to refuse entry to anyone, for any reason he/she deems necessary and to evict those who do not comply with such. Please familiarize yourself with these rules and regulations. Management and the Owners are not responsible for any loss, damage, accidents, injury or loss of property from fire, theft or acts of nature of guests or their visitors. Management reserves the right to seek compensation for any blatant destruction of Gilroy Garlic USA RV Park property. We keep this
park safe, clean, and comfortable at all times. We hope you can
understand our desire to provide this for you and we appreciate
